AcuRack 19 is a cost-effective industrial touch panel PC, featuring Intel® Atom® E3826 dual-core processor. For wireless network connection, the power-efficient IP65 / NEMA4 industrial human-machine interface provides two full-size PCI Express Mini Card slots and a WLAN antenna. With its slim, and fanless design, the AcuRack 19 is well-suited for use in smart factory automation, the electric & power industry, and building automation applications. Under the request of BC Hydro, Acura specially designed the panel that matched 120 Volt AC as well as 120V DC for its power generation Plant.
The Acura Embedded AcuRack 19 has a slim industrial rugged design with a 76 mm thickness, allowing for easy installation in a space-constrained environment. The 19” touch panel PC adopts an IP65-rated water/dust-proof front bezel and is able to withstand temperature ranges from -5°C to 50°C. Furthermore, with patented plastic plus aluminum mechanism design, its back chassis can dissipate the heat easily and keep operation stably. Additionally, the industrial-grade Intel® touch panel system comes with an easy-to-deploy design and advanced touch experience for a variety of commercial and industrial applications.”
Designed to fit various application needs, the 19-inch IP65 touch panel system comes with rich I/O options, including two RS-232/422/485 ports, three USB 2.0 ports, two Gigabit LAN ports, and audio (line-out). One 2.5” SATA SSD is available for sufficient storage. To ensure that the fanless panel PC can be integrated into a variety of different locations, it supports panel mount, wall mount, VESA arm, and desktop stand. Embedded OS support includes Windows® 10, Windows® 8.1, or Windows® 7.
