The monitors whose frame is entirely designed in stainless steel are particularly suitable for the Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemical or Medical sectors. Indeed, these monitors offer a very high resistance to corrosion to water jets, oil and dust. The FULL IP65 design on 6 sides prevents condensation between the screen and the panel, which extends the life of the products.
FULL IP Industrial Monitors
An industrial monitor has technical characteristics that give it a durability far superior to a simple office monitor, even in the most difficult environments. They are often adapted to operate with high or very low temperatures (called extreme temperatures). In addition, in order to offer reading adapted to all environments, it is frequently possible to add a high brightness option.
This type of monitor is also typically available in a touchscreen version in order to offer industrial control desks integrated into the production line. To meet these needs, it is often necessary for these touch screens to be usable with gloves. This is why there are two types of touch interface: resistive touch and multitouch touch.
In order to offer a complete range of industrial monitors adapted to different sectors, Acura Embedded Systems has selected products entirely in stainless steel and meeting the IP65 standard.
Industrial Monitors
All the screens in this range are available in non-touch, if necessary. They are all equipped with a VGA port and an optional USB or RS232 port. In addition, it is possible to add an external fully IP65 power supply.

This entire range is equipped with a 5-wire resistive touch monitors with all the connectors and the chassis fully IP65. The power supply is available in 12V or 19v – 36v as an option. By default, these monitors work with temperatures between 0 °C and 45 °C and have a VESA 100×100 mm mount. The MTBF is 50,000 hours.
